He is there to set you up and help you help yourself, constantly in contact whenever I need him and any questions in my routine are quickly answered. Application makes going to the gym structured and easy, with no problems changing out workouts with substitutes given restrictions in the gym with little notes guiding a personalized experience. Only been with him for a short while but at the very least my muscles stay sore and thats a good sign to me.
